The Lightwater Society

Set up in 2021, The Lightwater Society is a voluntary, non-for-profit organisation set up and run by residents of Lightwater Village. It seeks to improve the village for the benefits of all, and membership is open to residents and businesses.

Its activities gravitate around 5 pillars:

1. Village improvements

2. Working with other organisations (charities, voluntary groups and local government)

3. Events (music festivals, Fayre in the Square, fete etc)

4. Special projects

5. Local businesses
